Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They allow a site to remember actions or preferences (such as keeping you signed in) so you do not have to re-enter information every time. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies AdKinex sets, why we set them, and how you can control them.
2. Cookies We Currently Use
AdKinex currently uses only essential cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and do not track you across sites or build a profile of your activity:
- Authentication cookies, set by our authentication provider, that keep you signed in for the duration of your session.
- Security cookies that help protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and similar abuse.
3. Cookies We Do Not Currently Use
As of the date above, AdKinex does not set or load:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting cookies.
- Third-party web analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Plausible, or Hotjar).
- Social-media share or embed cookies.
4. Future Use of Analytics or Marketing Tools
As AdKinex grows, we expect to introduce industry-standard tools (for example, a privacy-friendly web analytics product or a small set of conversion tags). When that happens:
- This Cookie Policy will be updated to list every new cookie, its purpose, and its provider.
- Where required by applicable law (in particular within the EU/UK), we will display a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set, and we will only load that cookie after you have agreed.
- Your choices will be saved and you will be able to change them at any time.
5. Third-Party Cookies via Sign-in Providers
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies as part of that flow. Those cookies are governed by Google’s own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control. AdKinex itself does not use Google sign-in cookies for any purpose other than authentication.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Most browsers let you view, accept, or block cookies, and clear them at any time through their settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of AdKinex (in particular the sign-in flow) will stop working correctly.
7. Updates & Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you in advance. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@adkinex.com.
