Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They allow a site to remember actions or preferences (such as keeping you signed in) so you do not have to re-enter information every time. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies AdKinex sets, why we set them, and how you can control them.

2. Cookies We Currently Use

AdKinex uses a small set of cookies, which fall into two categories — essential cookies (required for the platform to function) and analytics cookies (used only on the marketing website to understand aggregate traffic):

  • Essential authentication cookies, set by our authentication provider, that keep you signed in for the duration of your session.
  • Essential security cookies that help protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and similar abuse.
  • Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 on the AdKinex marketing website (adkinex.com): `_ga` (used to distinguish individual visitors) and `_ga_*` (used to persist session state). These cookies record aggregated, non-personal usage data such as page views, referrer, and the approximate country of the visit. They are not used for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking, and they are not set on the AdKinex web application itself.

3. Cookies We Do Not Currently Use

As of the date above, AdKinex does not set or load:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting cookies.
  • Third-party analytics tools beyond Google Analytics 4 (such as Mixpanel, Plausible, Hotjar, or similar).
  • Social-media share or embed cookies.

4. Future Updates and Consent Management

As AdKinex grows, we may introduce additional analytics or conversion tags beyond Google Analytics 4. We are also evaluating consent management for visitors in jurisdictions where prior consent is legally required for non-essential cookies (in particular the EU and UK). When we expand into those markets or add new non-essential cookies:

  • This Cookie Policy will be updated to list every new cookie, its purpose, and its provider.
  • Where required by applicable law, we will display a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set, and we will only load that cookie after you have agreed.
  • Your choices will be saved and you will be able to change them at any time.

5. Third-Party Cookies via Sign-in Providers

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies as part of that flow. Those cookies are governed by Google’s own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control. AdKinex itself does not use Google sign-in cookies for any purpose other than authentication.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers let you view, accept, or block cookies, and clear them at any time through their settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of AdKinex (in particular the sign-in flow) will stop working correctly.

7. Updates & Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you in advance. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@adkinex.com.
