Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to AdKinex (the "Service"), operated by Aiyin (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd.. It supplements our Terms of Service. Free-tier usage is, by definition, not eligible for a refund. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back on First Monthly Subscription

If you are a first-time monthly subscriber and you are not satisfied with AdKinex, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. The 14-day window starts on the day your first payment is processed. After the 14-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and your subscription will simply end at the close of the current billing period.

3. 30-Day Money-Back on First Annual Subscription

If you are a first-time annual subscriber and you are not satisfied with AdKinex, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial annual subscription purchase. The 30-day window starts on the day your first annual payment is processed. After the 30-day window, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid term and will not auto-renew.

4. Cancellations Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time, even outside the money-back windows above. In that case:

  • You will not be charged for any future billing periods.
  • Your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.

5. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Renewal payments (the money-back guarantees apply only to your first monthly or first annual purchase).
  • A second or subsequent subscription to the same plan after a previous cancellation, where you have already had access to AdKinex.
  • Accounts terminated by AdKinex for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules.
  • Charges made more than the relevant money-back window in the past, where the request is filed late.
  • One-time service charges or add-ons explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@adkinex.com from the email address associated with your AdKinex account. Please include the email address on the account, the approximate date of purchase, and (optionally) a brief reason. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us first at support@adkinex.com so we can help. We are usually able to resolve issues directly and faster than a payment-card chargeback. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. We will revise the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
